As an early adopter and pioneer of the wider road rim philosophy Kirk Pacenti has always tried to push the boundaries with his rim designs. This modern 700c clincher rim is no exception, with a very attractive profile it’s no wonder it has become the default choice of many a boutique wheel builder. The asymmetric shape and drilling pattern assists in the building of a stronger wheel allowing for more even spoke tension and better spoke profiles. The rim bed profile is designed for tubeless compatibility. Like all tubeless rims, it can also be used with inner tubes. The asymmetrical design is for rear wheel builds, for front wheels see the symmetrical version.
